Return Window & Eligibility

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition. However, specific items have different return windows:

Premium renewed products and baby registry items purchased by a third party.

7 Days:

Digital books that haven’t been read or downloaded.

Digital products mistakenly purchased.

15 Days:

Electronics and certain branded products.

Items labeled as Final Sale are non-returnable.

90 Days:

Refurbished and renewed products in Good or Excellent condition.

Baby products and mattresses (excluding crib mattresses).

180 Days:

Wedding registry items purchased by someone other than the registry owner.

365 Days:

Premium renewed products and baby registry items purchased by a third party.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Once we receive and inspect your returned item,Certain items are non-returnable due to health, safety, or customization reasons. These include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Digital downloads (e.g., eBooks, music, software).
  • Health & hygiene products (e.g., opened skincare, undergarments).
  • Gift cards and redeemable vouchers.
  • Products labeled as “Final Sale.”

If an item marked as non-returnable arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact 6ixens Customer Service immediately for assistance.

Refund Processing Timeline

Your refund will be issued once we process the returned item. Processing times vary based on payment method:

How to Initiate a Return

Go to Your Orders and select the item.Click “Return Item” and follow the instructions.Choose your preferred return method (drop-off or shipping label).Pack the item securely with all original packaging and tags.Drop it off at the designated return location or schedule a pickup.

Third-Party Seller Returns

If you purchased an item from a third-party seller on 6ixens.com, your return will be processed directly by the seller. They must provide one of the following:

  • return address within the U.S.
  • prepaid return label.
  • full refund without requiring a return.

If the seller fails to offer any of these options, you can file a 6ixens Buyer Protection Claim for resolution.

Return Shipping & Fees

While most returns are free, some cases may require a return shipping fee:

Returning a Gift

To return a gift, go to the Returns Page, enter the order number from the packing slip, and follow the instructions. Refunds for gifts are issued as 6ixens Store Credit.

Warranty & Product Issues

For warranty claims, contact the manufacturer directly. If a product arrives defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or refund.

Additional Notes

  • Items purchased in bundles must be returned as a complete set.
  • If you accidentally return the wrong item, we may not be able to recover it.
  • Fraudulent returns or abuse of the return policy may result in account suspension.
