I love it. My cat likes to hide inside it and then scare jump on me when I am walking past it. She also likes to scratch her nails in and on it. Material is good quality and doesn’t really get damaged when she does that. Of course there are some bents in the surface but it doesn’t affect functionality and if they are straightened out when you receive the package, they are really not that big. It was bigger that I expected but size is really good for my 7 months old cat and for an adult cat too. In overall I recommended buying it.
