Shipping was OK. The product still needs some improvement though – the head strap and straps on the side should be fixed or at least have a buckle. As of now, they can come off easily if I don't tie up to secure them. I'm planning to sew them up. The silicone basket is nice though. My dog is 26kg size 3 is good.
