The seller had a problem with the delivery, actually their truck burned, and he always keep me informed about the process, anyway the feeder arrives very very quickly in Brazil, the product is ok works fine easy to set up, even te app, so I really satisfied with my experience

It’s truly a great device to have! First of all, it was shipped in 3 hours and arrived in a bit less than 4 weeks, completely wrapped in bubbles so to not have anything damaged at all. Secondly, since I already had a previous device with an app (Pet Zero), I didn’t had to install another one to connect with this. Thirdly, depending on the size of the kibble, it releases 5-6 grams per total, meaning each bowl gets around 3 grams per portion so if you want your cats to get the right amount of food and not get fat, you need to do a little bit of math as cats need more “dinners” throughout the day as opposed to dogs that can go with 2-3 meal times. For me, the sound also worked great, no issue with he microphone nor the sound coming from the recording. Lastly, this is so far, the greatest device you could get to escape the headaches of having to keep putting food in the bowls for your cats as it doesn’t use much electricity either and I highly recommend both the product and the seller!

Инструкция на английском. Работает именно так, как указано. Небольшой минус: в левую емкость попадает немного меньше корма, чем в правую. Возможно, это заметно из-за достаточно крупных гранул (тут претензия только к производителю корма, меньше не делает, увы). Настройки после отключения питания сохраняются.
Пробное кормление кошкам понравилось.

Кормушка пришла целая, упакована на совесть. Полный комплект. Материалы плотные, всё сделано очень качественно. Она и смотрится стильно 🙂 Заказывала кормушку с приложением – Все отлично работает, на андроид скачала приложение в плеймаркете. Приложение простое, разобраться легко: до 12 кормлений в день можно настроить, определенное время, вплоть до минуты! А так же можно выбрать разный объем порций. Так же есть запись голоса. Вещь очень полезная, продавец честный, вежливый, в общем очень рекомендую к покупке, вы не пожалеете!

Adoreiii ! Veio bem embalado, só demorei um pouco pra configurar, por que errava sempre o app kkk ( o que eu usei e funcionou foi o tuya smart ). Acho o barulho da rodinha girando um pouco alta demais tanto que as minhas gatinhas se assustaram de primeira, mas logo logo se acostumam ! O microfone não é tão claro, e sempre funciona só depois que a comida caiu, tirando essas coisas é perfeito !

Заказ делали из РФ, но отправили из Китая. Должны были доставить до 9 марта, получили на руки 14. Принес домой курьер. В остальном довольны. Кормушка работает, к телефону коннектится просто и быстро. Разбирается легко и удобно, моется так же. Единственное замечание к кормушке, аудиозапись голоса вроде как есть, но ее по факту нет. Сколько не пытались перезаписывать, ничего не слышно.

Very cool device. Helps for when I’m out work or not home on weekend. The cats quickly got use to the schedule. Set up was simple and connecting was fast. Had to figure out the portion sizes but it’s well worth the purchase. Now I can rest easy knowing my cats will be fed on time. Thank you!
